Your book at work

What MailBook remembers

Your list is empty. Add the first person who asked to hear from you — a customer, a past buyer, a warm lead.

Add a person

A word that groups people — like “past buyers” or “spring leads”. You can email one tag at a time later.

Paste a list below, or upload a file — MailBook reads the name and email out of either one. People already on your list are skipped, never added twice.

One tag, applied to every person this import adds — like “past buyers” or “spring leads”.
One person per line — Name, email or just the email on its own.
A spreadsheet saved as CSV works — MailBook finds the name and email columns. A plain text list works too.

Write one email for your list

✓ Not a cold list — this is your CRM. These are your people.

Quick check before you use this list: is this your own CRM — people who know you — and NOT a cold or bought list?

✓ Confirmed — your CRM, not a cold list.

Then don't use it here. MailBook only sends to your own people — that's what keeps your emails out of spam folders.

Write it once. Use {first_name} anywhere and MailBook swaps in each person's first name, so the same email reads personal to everyone who gets it.

MailBook prepares and tracks your email — it doesn't send anything itself. For each person you get the finished, personalized email to copy into your own mail app and send from there. Then tap Mark sent and your log stays honest.

Every email ends with your footer automatically — the unsubscribe line plus your name, business and address once you've added them in About.

One thing missing: your mailing address. Add it and every email carries it in the footer, right under the unsubscribe line.

Build a follow-up sequence

A short run of emails that go out one at a time, a few days apart — written by you, in your voice. Up to 4 steps. MailBook watches the calendar and tells you whose next step is due; you copy, send from your mail app, and mark it sent.

Every step ends with your footer automatically — the unsubscribe line plus your sender details from About.

Your sequences

No sequences yet. Build your first one above — even two steps (“checking in” now, “one last try” in a week) beats forgetting to follow up at all.

Running now

Nobody is in a sequence right now. Start one for someone from a sequence above.

Due today

Follow-up steps whose day has come, worked out from the day each person started and the gaps you set. Copy the email, send it from your own mail app, then mark it sent — that person moves on to their next step.

Nothing due today. When a follow-up step comes due, it lands here.

About MailBook

MailBook is automated email outreach — for people who asked to hear from you — your customers, your past buyers, your warm leads. If they didn't ask, they don't belong here.

That's the whole rule, and it's why it works: email lands better — and lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder — when it goes to people who know your name. MailBook has no way to buy a list, scrape addresses, or blast strangers, on purpose.

How it works: keep your list here, write an email once with {first_name} where their name goes, and MailBook makes a finished, personal copy for each person. You paste it into your own mail app and send it from your own address — the address your customers already know. Sequences are follow-up runs of up to 4 emails; MailBook tracks the days and shows you what's due.

Where your list lives: on this device, in this browser. Nothing about your list is uploaded anywhere. An optional SalesOS account keeps your work secure — the tool works fully without one.

MailBook is part of SalesOS, tools for salespeople in any industry.

Your sender details — the email footer

Every email MailBook prepares ends with the same footer: “Don't want these? Reply STOP and you're off the list.” — and, once you fill these in, your name, business and mailing address right under it. That footer is part of the deal with your list: anyone can get off it with one word, and they can see who's writing to them.

Your business or PO Box address — the address your emails are sent from, printed in the footer.

How STOP works: a recipient replies with the word STOP, and the sender takes them off their list the same day — no more emails, no argument. MailBook can't remove anyone for you, because MailBook never sends the email; you send it from your own mail app, so the reply lands with you. When it does, tap Opt out on their card under Your list — they're struck through, kept out of every send list and sequence, and stay that way until you opt them back in. Read the short version any recipient can see: how unsubscribing works.
